Transportation risk: Once the goods are delivered to the logistics company, the risk during transportation will be transferred to the buyer. If the transportation is delayed or damaged due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances, we will assist the user in handling related matters.
Receipt confirmation: After the user receives the goods, please confirm the receipt in time and check whether the goods are intact. If the goods are found to be damaged or missing, please contact us within 24 hours after signing for it.
Refusal of Goods: If the user refuses to accept the goods for personal reasons, we have the right to charge the corresponding refusal fee and reserve the right to refuse the goods.
