RETURN POLICY

Return conditions: After receiving the goods, if the user finds that the goods have quality problems or are inconsistent with the description, he/she can apply for a return within 7 days after signing for them. Return applications after 7 days may not be accepted.

Return process: Users need to provide the order number, product name, problem description and relevant picture evidence when applying for a return. We will process the application as soon as possible after receiving it and confirm the return to the user.

Return method: Users can choose a refund or exchange. If you choose a refund, we will refund the original payment method after receiving the returned goods and confirming that they are correct. If you choose to exchange, we will re-ship according to user needs.

Return fee: For returns caused by product quality problems or inconsistent with the description, we will bear the return shipping fee. For returns not caused by product quality problems, the return shipping fee will be borne by the user.

Return conditions: The goods must be kept in the original packaging, unused, undamaged, and attached with complete accessories, labels and invoices, etc. If the goods do not meet the return conditions, we may not accept the return application.

Non-return scope: Returns due to personal reasons (such as dislike, inappropriate size, etc.) are not within the scope of return, but you can apply for a replacement within 7 days after receiving the product.
